DEA’s seasoned project leaders meet the challenge of complex transit planning projects by providing the full range of planning, conceptual design, environmental and public involvement skills. Our transit team has led complex New Start projects through all phases of development, from advance planning efforts through the NEPA environmental analysis and review process, into preliminary and final engineering, and through construction and start-up of revenue service.
DEA led the national consulting team that provided transportation planning, traffic highway and bridge engineering, and public involvement for the corridor study of Interstate 5 between Portland, Ore., and Vancouver, Wash.
