Westgate City, Glendale, Arizona
Westgate City center houses the Phoenix Coyote’s Arena and associated entertainment facilities, retail shops, and restaurants. This multi-phased project has more than six million square feet of additional multi-use development. The center includes a lakefront entrance, destination retail shops, large office complex, a large theatre complex, and several restaurants.
The southeast corner of the site will include a 25-acre residential development to buffer the surrounding neighborhoods. A neighborhood shopping center will be integrated north of the residential site.
